Webinar RegistrationsRefund PossibleOnly before the webinar start time. If you request a refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar, you may receive a full refund. After that, refunds are not available. If the webinar is cancelled by me, full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
Resume / Cover Letter / Profile Optimization ServicesPartial Refund / No Refund*Because work begins after you place your order, refund eligibility depends on how much of the work is already done. If you request cancellation before any work is started, a full refund may be possible. If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be calculated based on work done. No refund if the full service has already been delivered.

How To Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund (where eligible), please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@abhijeetprakash.com with subject: “Refund Request – [Order / Webinar / Service name]”

  2. Provide:

    • Full name used in purchase

    • Order / transaction number or webinar registration ID

    • Date of purchase / registration

    • Reason for refund request

  3. We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.

  4. If approved, refund will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Depending on your bank / payment service, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
