Webinar Registrations | Refund Possible | Only before the webinar start time. If you request a refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar, you may receive a full refund. After that, refunds are not available. If the webinar is cancelled by me, full refund will be issued to all registered participants. |
Resume / Cover Letter / Profile Optimization Services | Partial Refund / No Refund* | Because work begins after you place your order, refund eligibility depends on how much of the work is already done. If you request cancellation before any work is started, a full refund may be possible. If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be calculated based on work done. No refund if the full service has already been delivered. |
How To Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund (where eligible), please follow these steps:
Email us at support@abhijeetprakash.com with subject: “Refund Request – [Order / Webinar / Service name]”
Provide:
Full name used in purchase
Order / transaction number or webinar registration ID
Date of purchase / registration
Reason for refund request
We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
If approved, refund will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Depending on your bank / payment service, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
